Return Policy
At GLOB-SHOPS, we are committed to ensuring a worry-free shopping experience. We offer a hassle-free return service for eligible items (excluding customized goods and personal hygiene products).
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The return period is calculated based on the delivery confirmation date provided by the logistics carrier.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free from any人为 (man-made) damage.
Documentation: You must provide your order number and proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot).
Apparel & Footwear: Items may be tried on but must not show any signs of wear, stains, or odors that would prevent them from being resold.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personal care products, food items, and intimate apparel (underwear/swimwear).
Customized or made-to-order products.
Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
Returns requested after the 30-day window has expired.
4. How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
Log In: Go to “My Orders” in your account dashboard.
Request: Click on “Request Return” for the specific order.
Submit Details: Upload clear photos of the item (front, back, and tags) and provide a brief description of the issue.
Approval: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping address via email.
Ship: Please send the item back using a trackable shipping service (e.g., EMS, DHL, FedEx).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality defect or our error.
Refund: Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Processing Time: Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal), depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse):
GLOB-SHOPS will cover both ways shipping costs.
We will prioritize sending you a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued immediately.
6. Important Notes
Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred are non-refundable.
Holiday Delays: During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing. Review and refund timelines may extend up to 10 business days.
