5. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation at the final listed price. Once payment is successfully processed, the order enters our fulfillment workflow. GLOB-SHOPS reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory shortages or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
GLOB-SHOPS shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or policy changes. Product descriptions and images are for reference only; the actual product received shall prevail.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
